Hypatia focuses on industries where women have a higher percentage of corporate officer positions. These executive inroads allow us to have a deeper talent bench, as well as access to more proprietary deal flow.  For example, at 20%, Retail Trade has the highest percent of women corporate officers, and women account for 48.7% of those employed in the industry, versus the Fortune 500 average of 33.6%.  In the Services sector, 19.3% of corporate officers are women, and 60.5% of the sector employees are women.
